Services Provided
I offer a wide range of services to meet your personal needs
Individual Nutritional Counseling (90 min / 50 min / 30 min)
Initial Session: This includes a thorough review of nutrition history, along with medical and psychiatric backgrounds. We'll identify challenge areas and set initial goals.
Follow-Up Visits: Choose either a 30-minute or 50-minute session to evaluate successes and challenges since the last visit, receive nutrition counseling and education, and establish new goals and intentions based on treatment needs.
Sports Nutrition Evaluation/Individual meal plan (2 hours)
This session is for the athlete who is looking for evaluation of possible Low Energy Availability as can be see by decreased performance, recurrent injury/illness, loss of menstrual cycle (females) and in need of a more structured/detailed performance meal plan. This includes for times of sport or rest/recovery.
Individual Meal Planning Services (60 minutes)
This involves creating a detailed meal plan tailored to meet nutritional needs (when appropriate) and offering guidance on establishing structure and routine.
Meal Support Sessions (Snacks/Meals) (60-90 minutes)
Clients are encouraged to bring a snack or meal to the session for completion. During the session, we will discuss the meal experience, practice real-time reframing, provide a supportive environment to address sensory barriers, normalize the consumption of various foods, and challenge the narrative around “safe foods.”
Grocery Store Sessions (60-90 minutes)
These sessions occur at the grocery store to help address feelings of anxiety and overwhelm related to food shopping.
You’ll practice shopping with support and encouragement, aiming to diversify your choices and reduce reliance on “safe foods.”
We will also work through sensory challenges encountered in the grocery store environment, such as auditory and visual stimuli, while promoting distress tolerance.
Child & Adolescent Therapy
This session offers families the opportunity to ask questions and learn how to support their loved ones. It may include general education or preparation for Family-Based Meals and feeding practices for their child.
Nutrition Education (30 min / 50 min)
These sessions focus on general education about the body and nutrition, helping clients debunk myths, move away from fad dieting trends, and take control of their relationship with food and their body.
