• Individual Nutrition Counseling: $85 per 30 min session ( $150 per 60 min session) ** sliding scale on limited basis
• Sports Nutrition Assessment with meal plan: $ 280 / 2 hour session
• Initial Assessment: $ 225 per session
• Individual Meal planning: $150 / 50 min session
• Grocery Store Session: $150-$225 / 60-90 minute session
• Meal Support Session: $150-$225/ 60-90 minute session
• Family Support Session: $85-$150/ 30-50 minute session
• Nutrition Education: $85-$150/ 30-50 minute session

Payment Terms: – Payment is due at/before the time of service. – Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, Venmo (@kourtney-gordon-1), Zelle

Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees within or under 24 hours will be 100% of the scheduled fee.
